This talk is intended for small law firm practitioners who undertake civil trials in the State Courts. Judge Loo will share with small law firm practitioners common mis-steps that he sees practitioners make along the process leading to a civil trial and he will share practical recommendations on what practitioners can do to avoid making such mis-steps.He will also briefly touch on the somewhat new MC simplified trials under 0108 and highlight what practitioners can expect when filing under 0108.
