Event Outline

This seminar will look at (i) two aspects of common property. First, the meaning of “common property” as defined under the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (Cap 30C) and second, the disposal of common property thereunder in strata schemes in Singapore, will be considered in light of recent developments; (ii) the doctrine of proprietary estoppel. Where relevant, reference will be made to cases from other jurisdictions.
