Event Outline

This event is organised by Lacuna Training Solutions. In this interactive workshop, participants will be taught how to prepare themselves and their clients for mediations, and to hone their mediation advocacy skills. Topics covered include: An Overview of Mediation; Some Preliminary Issues to Consider as Counsel; and 4 Levels of Mediation Advocacy (Level 1 – Preliminary Preparation by Counsel, Level 2 – Procedural Preparation with Client, Level 3 – Substantive Preparation with Client, and Level 4 – Things to Note During & After the Mediation).
