Event Outline

A brief examination of the various participants in the commodities from mining/ trading to deliver of the commodity with an emphasis on coal mining and trading, the kind of contracts and governing laws in use, and the types of arbitration seen in joint venture coal mining and trading. Speakers will share their experience and they will then examine the issues that regularly arise in such arbitrations, relating both to substantive law and arbitration procedure.
