Event Outline
This is a three-weekend course for legal practitioners who wish to have a better grasp of Building and Construction law. It is also geared towards Accredited Specialist candidates who are preparing for the examination under the Specialist Accreditation Scheme. The course is also open to non-lawyers who have some knowledge in this area of law, eg a degree in Architecture or the equivalent or a BCA Certification Course on Construction Law and Contracts.
