Event Outline

This is a continuation of an earlier seminar on Singapore's Unmanned Aircraft (Public Safety and Security) Act 2015. Whereas the previous seminar focused on the safety and security aspects of consumer "drone" technology, this seminar focuses on the privacy aspects. Specifically, it considers the question of the various remedies available if a person's right to privacy and other related rights are infringed and analyses the legal framework in Singapore and comparison with other jurisdictions.
