Event Outline

Participants will obtain an insight into fatal accident claims as well as an overview on cases involving claims under the work injury compensation act. There will also be a discussion on the current position on “offers to settle”. As a point of interest, there will be a talk on forensic evidence – find out about the science and thought process which go into the preparation of an expert report related to road traffic accidents.
