Event Outline

The Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) came into full force on 2 July 2014. Since then, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) has been taking active enforcement action and publishing over 50 grounds of decisions regarding the actions it has taken against companies. This seminar seeks to provide insights and lessons that can be gleaned from these cases, and caters to both legal practitioners and non-legal practitioners alike. This is an event not to be missed!
