The Conveyancing Practice Committee is pleased to present a ‘Conveyancing Highlights Seminar 2018’ for the sixth consecutive year. The legal practice of real estate in Singapore requires, in addition to a good understanding of property law, an appreciation of peripheral issues including principles of stamp duties, land title registration process, and relevant policies of statutory boards which control different aspects of dealings in real estate.
