Event Outline
The course covers aspects of the licensing of intellectual property – trademarks, copyright, patents and registered designs. The basic course assumes no previous knowledge of or experience in intellectual property or licensing, but at the same time, it contains materials which will be useful to the experienced licensing professional including pointers for structuring a deal. The intermediate course assumes attendees have at least 5 years of IP transaction experience.
