Divorces often raise complex financial issues, arising from either disparity of access to the financial information required to arrive at a fair division of assets or from the need to value those assets. This seminar will look at how lawyers and financial experts can assist their clients by verifying the completeness of asset and lifestyle disclosures, addressing issues surrounding the valuation of assets and approaches to calculating a lump sum amount in lieu of periodic maintenance.
