Event Outline

Under Singapore law, restrictive covenants in employment law (“Non-Competes”) may be enforceable if the employer can show (i) they protect a legitimate interest of the employer, and (ii) the restrictions are reasonable in scope. In a recent Singapore High Court case, the court enforced a Non-Compete, the first reported decision in over a decade. This seminar will cover the drafting of effective restrictive covenants, and share practical lessons from in enforcing restrictive covenants.
