Collaborative Family Practice (CFP) is an interest-based approach to negotiations dealing with matrimonial disputes. CPF aims to assist couples to reach an agreement. It involves specially trained CFP lawyers and other family specialists such as financial advisers and child specialists as necessary, assisting the parties to negotiate an agreement that suits the family.
