This talk will cover a number of recent developments in the law of legal professional and other types of privilege in the UK and Singapore. The talk will also touch on privilege in the context of international arbitrations and the applicable legal principles when material is considered privileged under foreign law. The speakers will take a comparative perspective, with a view to giving practical tips of how this might impact litigation and the giving of advice in Singapore.
