The 2019 Journal of Equity Annual Conference will take place on 14 February 2019 at Singapore Management University. The conference will address the theme ‘Equitable Fraud’ and feature five papers that examine current developments of ‘equitable fraud’ in a variety of contemporary contexts as well as its evolving interplay with common law and statutory regimes. This conference will be of interest to judges, academics and practitioners working in the areas of equity and commercial law.
