Event Outline

The exponential increase in infrastructure projects spending in Asia points to a trend for larger and more complex disputes. Under the Singapore Infrastructure Dispute-Management Protocol (SIDP), parties appoint a Dispute Board comprising up to 3 neutral experts who from project start to end proactively help manage differences to prevent escalating into disputes and minimise the risks of time and cost overruns, through a range of customised dispute avoidance and resolution processes.
