Event Outline

The first part of this seminar will look into the details of competition regulation in one of the network industries – telecommunications sector. The second part of the seminar will dig into the practicalities of telecommunications regulatory policies in the APAC region and around the world. Finally, the seminar will move into the digital economies and talk about data and global platforms/cloud based industries and how they are impacting the competition law developments.
