Event Outline
This event is organised by Sage Mediation Pte Ltd. Designed from real case studies, experienced international mediators will lead participants in a comprehensive review of the best practices in mediation. Participants will gain a deeper awareness of their conflict management profiles and how they can effectively manage the emotions and dynamics between parties from different cultures. Participants who pass the practical and written assessment will be accredited as a Level 1 Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute.
