Event Outline

This module will provide an overview of the Singapore Data Protection Act with the focus on the scope of the act, the data controller's obligations, the standards of compliance and accountability measures. Relevant PDPC decisions and guidelines will be referenced. The recent amendments to the PDPA which entered into force on 1 February 2021 will also be highlighted.
