Event Outline

In light of the prolonged pandemic, an increasing number of arbitral hearings has been held virtually to ensure the expeditious resolution of disputes. Virtual hearings however, are not the same as in-person hearings, and the transition from traditional physical hearings to virtual hearings requires counsel to consider whether the statutory and legal framework permit virtual hearings, as well as other strategic and technical matters in approaching the preparation and conduct of the evidentiary hearings.
