Obtaining an arbitral award may be the end of an arbitration but can be the start of a new process: enforcing and executing the award. A diverse panel of lawyers, a financial investigator and a disputes funder to provide a guide to enforcement in Asia’s two great powers (and 2 largest users of Singapore arbitration): China and India. They will explain the legal regimes and look at the practicalities of enforcement, including identifying assets and using 3rd-party funding to assist in the process
