Called to the Singapore Bar in 1989, Tat is a Senior Weinstein Fellow and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators. He has been involved in a spectrum of cases including court-annexed mediations, commercial mediations of litigated cases, cross border child abduction cases, matrimonial and medical disputes. In this webinar, he will reflect on lessons learnt from a selection of the cases that he was involved in the course of his journey as a mediation advocate and mediator.
