Event Outline

This seminar will focus on four aspects of securities and financial services regulation. First, changes to be brought about by the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017 which has been passed but which is not fully in force. Second, recent market abuse cases. Third, the treatment of initial coin offerings and cryptocurrency exchanges by the courts and regulators and, finally, the acquisition and restructuring of business trusts.
