There has been increased interest in artificial intelligence ("AI"). AI is not just technology developed by start-ups or worked on in research institutes; big companies and even traditional businesses are looking at how AI can enhance their operations. As the adoption of AI heats up, it is necessary to demystify what AI is, and discuss the civil liability implications in the commercial deployment of AI. This seminar will also guide participants with designing and deploying a legal-specific AI.
