Event Outline
The course is an introduction to Singapore’s competition law framework, with an overview of the three main statutory prohibitions against anti-competitive conduct found in the Competition Act 2004. The focus will be on the core underlying legal and economic principles behind the competition law system, with references made to the caselaw from the infringement decisions and guidelines of the Competition Commission of Singapore and the appellate decisions of the Competition Appeals Board.
