This event is organized by IBC Asia (S) Pte Ltd. This workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the FIDIC contracts with a particular focus on the project management provisions in the new, second edition contracts. The workshop follows the same structure as the FIDIC documentation, loosely based around the 21 clauses that run across the FIDIC contracts; and hence useful irrespective of which FIDIC contract one happens to be working with. Each session will include some lecturing, discussions and case studies.
