This seminar will introduce participants to the legal landscape of IP disputes in Korea as well as discuss the function of the international litigation chambers to date. The speaker will further identify core legal features of the Korean regime that foreign IP practitioners have to know. Finally, the seminar will briefly highlight the latest experience with IP-related arbitration before the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and what these mean for IP professionals working in Singapore.
