Alongside the growth and development of newly-implemented competition laws in several ASEAN member states, many mature competition law jurisdictions in the ASEAN region are undergoing reform and renewal in their competition laws. This seminar will discuss developments in the competition law arena in the ASEAN region and will focus on challenges of administering competition laws in the new economy.
