Event Outline

In recent years, there has been a glut of litigation concerning the mis-selling of financial products to clients across the common law world. However, the common law rules tend to favour those financial institutions that have managed to protect themselves with a battery of protective clauses. The seminar will consider the recent developments and trends in the statutory and common law protections (or otherwise) afforded to financial services clients.
