This event is organized by NUS Centre for International Law. In this seminar, Dr Shane Darcy examines the evolution, interpretation and application of the international legal framework applicable to situations of armed conflict as it relates to the use, recruitment and treatment of informers and other collaborators. He applies international humanitarian and human rights law to the controversial yet regular use of informers and other collaborators by parties to an armed conflict.
