Event Outline

This seminar is meant to be an introduction for lawyers to the regulatory regime. Concepts such as “Beneficial Ownership” and “Politically Exposed Persons” (PEP) will be explained, as well as lawyers’ duty to do Due Diligence on their clients, and in appropriate cases, make Suspicious Transaction Reports. There will be a review of case studies and an opportunity to ask questions.
