This webinar will demystify memoranda of guidance signed between the courts, discuss the roles and limitations (if any) of the Hague Judgments Convention and the Hague Choice of Court Agreements Convention, and consider the issue of whether the Court has power to extend time limits under the Model Law for setting aside an arbitral award or an appeal against a tribunal’s ruling on jurisdiction in light of the judgments of BXS v BXT, BXY v BXX, and Bloomberry.
