Event Outline

This webinar will first examine whether COVID-19 measures may lead to a State being in breach of its international trade obligations, and how these may lead to trade disputes and dispute settlement proceedings before the World Trade Organisation. We will then share on how government-imposed COVID-19 measures may impact the ability of private parties to fulfil trade obligations, and approaches to resolve such disputes between governments and private individuals.
