Gender diversity in the international arbitration community is increasing, as reflected in the 2020 report on the progress of women issued by the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (“ICCA”). This event will highlight the progress made, assess existing approaches to promoting equal representation of women in international arbitration & create a forward vision, the importance of gender diversity which enhances legitimacy & confidence in the outcomes of the arbitration process.
