This webinar will cover the negotiations that led to the Convention and the differences that needed to be bridged. The session will also provide participants with an understanding of the different ways in which a party can make enforcement or invocation applications under the Act, the requirements that a party must satisfy before the Court will consider approving an enforcement, and the provisions that stipulate the grounds that the Court may consider in refusing such an application.
