This event is organized by Sage Mediation Pte Ltd. Approved by the International Mediation Institute (IMI) for certification of mediation advocates, this workshop prepares participants to meet the demands of the sophisticated dispute resolution landscape. Participants will learn effective online and in-person negotiation techniques and practise them in simulations of complex inter-cultural mediations. Those interested in becoming IMI Certified Mediation Advocates may apply for the certification assessment that is conducted after the workshop.
