Event Outline

This course seeks to provide younger arbitration practitioners, of at least 5 years PQE, with the opportunity to test and refine their oral advocacy skills before Queen’s Counsel and Senior Counsel. As sole counsel in a mock evidentiary hearing, participants will have the opportunity to decide on their case strategy, present opening submissions, cross-examine a factual and an expert witness as well as deliver closing submissions.
