This webinar will examine lessons to be learned from recent case law and practice for the drafting and interpretation of arbitration clauses. Misnaming arbitral institutions and other common ambiguities and errors; how to assess whether arbitration clauses are “compatible”; disputes as to the scope of an arbitration clause; and objections based on failure to comply with pre-arbitral steps in multi-tiered clauses will be discussed.
