We continue our workshop on cross examination by going into cross examination of specific types of witnesses. Vulnerable witnesses can be a fragile and sensitive group of witnesses to cross examine. How can a defence counsel approach cross examination of children and sexual assault complainants? The speaker will also present on strategies for the cross examination of expert witnesses, and the preparation involved in that.
