Event Outline
The theme for this year’s Conference “Opportunities amidst Uncertainty and Challenges” is underpinned by an appreciation of the challenges and issues faced by businesses today and the near future, but coupled with a quiet optimism of exploring opportunities and prospects. The legal systems and the roles of insolvency practitioners will need to continue to evolve to help businesses navigate the environment they operate in and maximise value for different stakeholders to the extent possible.
