Event Outline

Pressure to introduce MHRDD regulations have gained momentum. This would level the playing field and increase accountability. Some countries have recently adopted MHRDD regulations. The ECDD on CSDD, would establish MHR and EDDD. The UK has a legislative campaign to introduce HRDD modelled on the Bribery Act. This seminar will outline recent regulatory developments, outline practical implications of such regimes, and consider how a ‘failure to prevent’ model could change the legal landscape.
