In this webinar, we look into the significant changes made to the Family Justice Rules and Family Justice Courts Practice Directions which just came into force on 12 April 2023 affecting non-contentious probate practice. The new Probate eService was also implemented by the Family Justice Courts (FJC) on 12 April 2023, which enables lay persons to directly file probate applications.
