The Fellowship Assessment Course (FAC) consists of 6 modules with a total of 9 self-study lectures, 6 live practical workshops and an online Award Writing Examination. It will cover topics such as Arbitral Appointment, procedures for Arbitration, interlocutory applications, evidential hearing and drafting Final Award.
