Event Outline
The course comprises of two modules. Module 1: Introduction to US Corporate Restructuring Law and Practice introduces the theoretical and doctrinal foundations of corporate bankruptcy law and practice in the United States. Module 2: Collapse of Crypto Exchanges and Other Recent Trends in Corporate Restructuring will examine the collapse of firms in crypto asset markets and the related bankruptcy cases.
