Event Outline

This course comprises a series of four weekly in-person sessions, each intended to equip attendees with the knowledge and skills required to confidently draft an arbitration agreement and to participate effectively in an arbitration. Attendees will learn about arbitration law, procedure, and practice from a diverse group of experienced arbitration practitioners from both local and international law firms and chambers.
