This event is organized by KordaMentha Pte Ltd. Most commercial disputes involve the use of expert witnesses to prove elements of the case. In this session, the speaker will discuss the factors that lawyers should consider when briefing and using expert witnesses from the perspective of our experience as experts in litigation and arbitration matters.
