Event Outline

The course will explore whether entities subject to asset-freezing and/or trade sanctions ought to consider placing themselves into judicial management in Singapore, and the benefits such a judicial management order can bring. We will discuss three recent English High Court judgments, in which the relevant sanctioned entities were placed into administration, and how this helped to alleviate and solve the commercial challenges faced by those entities.
