Event Outline

International tax policy and practice have undergone unprecedented changes, with transparency and cross-border harmonization as the policy key words. The current changes are magnified by developments at the UN, when the UN General Assembly adopted a resolution in 2022 for the UN’s role in developing global tax policies. It appears that one century after the birth of international tax law in 1923, we are reaching another milestone in the overall design of international tax law’s architecture.
