Event Outline

This event is organised by Asia Pacific Institute of Experts. This Course provides an introduction to the world of experts, expert evidence and the role of evidence in disputes resolution, in court and before other tribunals. Participants will learn the law relating to expert testimony, the role of experts in dispute resolution and relevant Singapore law applicable to expert evidence. Participants may also sign up for 1 Specialist Track on the specific nuances of giving evidence as: (A) a marine expert or (B) a finance/valuation expert.
