This event is organised by Sage Mediation Pte Ltd. Singapore has introduced numerous legislative and civil procedural amendments to encourage parties to mediate their disputes early. As a jurisdiction, it has attracted significant attention after hosting the signing of the UNCITRAL Convention on Mediation in 2019 and became one of the first states to ratify it. This workshop looks at the impact of the legislation around mediation and their implications for practitioners and users on enforcement of the mediated outcome.
